Adelaide Clemens

Brisbane is the place where she was raised. The daughter of British parents. Clemens first began acting in Australian television in high-school. She guest-starred in a 2006 episode of Blue Water High as Juliet and in 2007 she starred in the show for children Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji as Alison. Clemens received nominations at the Logie Awards in 2008 for her character, Harper on Showtime's show Love My Way. She won the Graham Kennedy Award and the Award to be the Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was a part of Sigrid and Xavier along with Samuel Linda Cropper Andrew McFarlane in 2008's MTV Networks Australia Dramatic Film Dream Life. In 2009 she was in small roles on All Saints as well as the film X-Men Origins Wolverine. In 2009, she became the model for Jan Logan's jewellery. Clemens moved to Los Angeles California. Clemens was in the film movie Wasted on the Young as Xandrie. Clemens appeared as Camilla Dickinson, who starred in the film with Gregg Sulkin Cary Elwes Samantha Mathis. The film was a dramatic adaptation of Madeleine's novel with the same title. Clemens played Heather Mason as a teenager, as well as Samantha Mathis in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The film's horror plot was based on the survival horror game Silent Hill 3 and was a sequel to Silent Hill.That year, Clemens also played the lead role as the young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End an adaptation for television from Silent Hill, a Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens played the role in 2012's movie The film No One Lives starring Luke Evans. The Great Gatsby based in F. Scott Fitzgerald novel that was titled the same way was a movie released in 2013 featuring Clemens. The role she played was Catherine, the sister to Myrtle Wilson (Isla Fisher). Clemens plays Tawney Talbot, the star of Ray McKinnon's 2013 Sundance Channel TV miniseries Rectify. Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham Zachary Quinto is also in the show, and they will all star together on The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
